All bookings are generally booked in on our next available date and will be completed as soon as possible.
Servicing will always be completed on the date of the booking, however if there are parts that need to be ordered we will inform you and give you an updated expected finish date.
Insurance claims can be processed on the day of assessing your van, however insurance claims can be a lengthy process. With regular updates we aim to complete the van within a reasonable timeframe.
